With 34 years of experience, Michael Sears has made it his mission to help individuals and families achieve their retirement dreams. As the founder and president of Sears Wealth Management & Insurance Solutions, and an Investment Adviser Representative with AE Wealth Management, he creates personalized financial plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Michael’s journey began in the insurance industry with Beneficial Life Insurance Company, followed by a role at Benmark West, where he designed retirement plans for bank retirees. In 2005, he founded his own firm with a simple goal: to help people take control of their financial futures.

In addition to his work, Michael wrote "Retire with Simplicity and Clarity," a book that shares insights from his decades of experience in retirement planning. While the book speaks to a broad audience, it’s especially useful for those in demanding professions like nursing, where retirement planning can be more complex.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys being with his family and grandchildren, cycling and giving back to his community. He is actively involved in his church, where he finds fulfillment in serving others and making a positive difference in the lives of those around him.
