With over 33 years of experience, Michael Sears has helped countless individuals and families achieve their retirement dreams, specializing in the unique needs of Individuals and their families. As the founder and president of Sears Wealth Management & Insurance Solutions, and an Investment Adviser Representative through AE Wealth Management he creates personalized financial plans.

Michael's journey began as an insurance producer through Beneficial Life Insurance Company before designing supplemental retirement plans for Bank retirees as a Managing Director at Benmark West. In 2005, driven by a passion to empower others, he launched his own firm, dedicated to guiding individuals towards financial freedom.

One of Michael’s most recent accomplishments is his new book, “Retire with Simplicity and Clarity” which was written specifically for nurses. This book came about because of the many nurse clients that came to him for advice and needed help. Seeing first-hand the struggles that many nurses faced with planning for their retirement, Michael, and his team, began to create planning strategies that were specifically geared to nurses and their families.

Beyond his professional success, Michael cherishes his family. Residing in Southern California with his wife and youngest son, he finds joy in spending time with his eight children and nineteen grandchildren. Deeply rooted in his community, he actively participates in his church, driven by a desire to serve others.
